ORGANIZER AND PROMOTER |
| 1.1. |
The Mystical Myanmar FAM Trips have
been organized and promoted by the Myanmar Tourism
Promotion Board (hereinafter called MTPB) with the
commitment and sponsorship of its members and associates
: international and domestic airlines; hotels; and
tour operators. |

| 2. |
ELIGIBILITY |
| 2.1. |
Travel professionals and personnel
from Travel Agents; Tour Operators; and Travel Writers;
Travel Photographers of the industry are only eligible
to participate at the Mystical Myanmar FAM Trips.
A letter stating proof of employment must be presented
on company letterhead together with the booking
form. Self-employed persons in the industry must
submit proof of work done in the field. |

Only one companion for each travel
professional participant is permitted. |

| 3. |
RATE / VALIDITY |
| 3.1. |
All prices quoted are nett payable
in United States Dollars and valid according to
the dates specified on the Mystical Myanmar Tariff
and Itinerary. |
| 3.2. |
The tour services / information as
described in the itinerary are correct at the time
of printing, however, MTPB reserves the right to
change and adjust any arrangement (including taxes,
tours, programmes, prices and services) in the best
interest of its Client/Agent, with or without prior
notice even within the validity period. |

RESERVATIONS |
| 4.1. |
A booking form to be completed and
submitted with detailed information and references
to MTPB Office at the following address : -

PAYMENTS |
| 5.1. |
Full payment to be made in cash upon
arrival at Yangon, Myanmar. |

| 6. |
ENTRY FORMALITIES |
| 6.1. |
All travelers to Myanmar are required
to have a visa. A tourist visa is a single-entry
visa for a maximum of 28 days stay within the country
and can be obtained from any Myanmar Embassy or
Consulate world-wide. |
| 6.2. |
If a Myanmar foreign mission does
not exist in your country of residence or else,
the pre-arranged visa-on-arrival is also applicable
through a travel agent or MTPB for the Mystical
Myanmar FAM Trips. |

| 7. |
LIABILITY |
| 7.1. |
MTPB acts only as a intermediary
between the Airlines, the land transportation companies,
hotels, car hirers, local tourist offices and all
other contractors / suppliers and therefore disclaim
any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage,
accident, change of schedule or other irregularities
caused or arising from circumstances beyond its
control. |

INSURANCE |
| 8.1. |
A travel insurance is recommended
to organize with own arrangement. |

|
| 9. |
CLAIMS |
| 9.1. |
If any disputes, claims and litigation
regarding the Services may unfortunately arise,
we will try to resolve them by negotiations and
mutual understanding. In the event this would fail,
they will be settled by local arbitration. All claims
must be submitted in writing within 30 days the
end of the Services. |
