Arrive Yangon from Bangkok. Meet and assist at the airport and transfer to hotel. At leisure for the day. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 02 (THU)    YANGON
Welcoming briefing at the hotel by representative of Myanmar Tourism Promotion Board. Inspection of hotels in Yangon. Lunch at Padonma or Manis Restaurant. A visit to Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the wonders of the world with its amazing mix of pavilions, stupas, images and bells. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 03 (FRI)     YANGON - BAGAN
Breakfast at hotel and check out for departure flight to Bagan in the early morning. A full day exploration of spectacular plain of Bagan with thousands of ancient temples and stupas dating back to the 11th ~ 13th century. Highlights of the day also include a visit to the Nyaung Oo Market; the famous lacquerware works of Bagan; and inspection of hotels in Bagan. Enjoy the panoramic view of Bagan and beautiful sunset in the evening. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 04 (SAT)    BAGAN - MANDALAY
Breakfast at hotel and check out for departure flight to Mandalay in the early morning. Arrive Mandalay and proceed to Amarapura and visit Mahagandayon Monastery; U Bein Wooden Bridge; and a local silk-weaving factory. Check-in at hotel. Afternoon inspection of hotels and sightseeing in Mandalay includes a visit to the beautiful teak monastery of Shwe Kyaung the Kuthodaw Pagoda with its 729 marble stone stabs of Buddhist scriptures and hotels inspection. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 05 (SUN)   MANDALAY
Breakfast at hotel. Half day city tour in Mandalay includes the Mahamuni Pagoda; revered as one of the holiest pagodas in Myanmar, see the traditional gold-leaf making and embroidery works and inspection of hotels in Mandalay. Enjoy the magnificent view of the sunset and the surrounding countryside from atop the Mandalay Hill. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 06 (MON)   MANDALAY - HEHO - INLE LAKE
Breakfast at the hotel and check out for departure flight to Heho in the morning. Arrive Heho and transfer to Nyaung Shwe. (OPTIONAL: If time permits, excursion to Pindaya through the scenic countryside of Shan State. Highlights include the Pindaya Cave with collection of Buddha images; the traditional paper making and parasol workshops.) Proceed to Inle and enjoy the sightseeing by boat in the vast and picturesque lake Inle. Observe the unique one-legged rowing technique and traditional methods of fishing. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 07 (TUE)    INLE LAKE
Breakfast at hotel. A full day exploration of Inle Lake includes the floating gardens; the Nga Phe Chaung monastery; the Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda; the local weaving industries and inspection of hotels. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 08 (WED)   INLE LAKE - HEHO - YANGON
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Naung Shwe and proceed to Heho for departure flight to Yangon. Arrive Yangon and shopping at the sprawling Bogyoke Aung San market where gems & jewelleries, lacquerware, woodcarvings, silverware, paintings and other handicrafts are available. Debriefing at the hotel to exchange comments and experiences, meet up with hoteliers and tour operator in town and to establish contacts for future business. Farewell cocktails at the legendary Strand hotel. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 09 (THU)    DEPARTURE YANGON
